Export Import Training Program: CHENNAI: Providing significant relief to personal protective equipment (PPE) manufacturers in India, the Centre on Tuesday removed all restrictions on the export of PPE medical coveralls and all varieties of masks, except N95 masks. The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) through a notification No. 29 dated 25 Aug 2020 amended export policy of 2/3 ply surgical masks, medical coveralls of all classes and categories from “restricted” to “free” category, and stated that beginning now, all these items are freely exportable.
